Project Overview
As Nortech.ai expanded, managing UI consistency across multiple projects became a challenge. UI-lib was designed to serve as an internal design system and component repository, enabling developers to build and test reusable UI elements in isolation before integrating them into production applications. The library includes a wide range of pre-built components, custom hooks, and compositions, all following a unified design language.

I was responsible for leading the frontend development of UI-lib, ensuring that components were built with scalability, accessibility, theme support, and reusability in mind. My key responsibilities included:
