Project Overview
The Customer Portal was developed to provide Nortech.ai’s customers with a centralized platform for managing their assets, billing, and user access. Rather than relying on multiple disconnected systems, the portal consolidated these services into a single, streamlined interface, improving efficiency and usability. Built as a collection of micro-apps, the platform allowed for modular development, enabling Nortech.ai to introduce new features without disrupting existing functionality. Customers could easily manage their accounts, update information, and oversee billing operations through an intuitive dashboard.

My Role
I was responsible for the frontend development of the Customer Portal, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience across its various micro-apps. My key responsibilities included:
Developing micro-apps within the portal to manage customer assets, devices, and more
Building a full-stack user management system, implementing authentication, token creation, updates, and deletions
Designing and refining the UI, incorporating modern solutions, animations, and industry best practices to enhance usability
Contributing to the full product lifecycle, from early-stage planning and wireframing to final production deployment
